I am a natural ginger with blue eyes and freckles; my husband is light brown with blue eyes and a ginger beard. Our friends are rooting for a ginger baby, as are our family and even coworkers... I'm not for or against a ginger but I wonder if other parents with red hair genes feel strongly one way or the other?

My husband is a red head! Our son is a very very light brown - it has a lot of red in it, but he's not at first glance noticeably red. I'm absolutely hoping this baby comes out flaming red! They're so cute!

I’m a ginger with red hair, blue eyes, and freckles. My fiancé always jokes about not having a ginger baby. I say if it’s a boy, I want him to look like his dad (blonde hair, blue eyes) and a girl to look like me! 
My fiancé apparently had real fears about his first little girl being born a ginger. 🙄 even though him and his baby mom are both blondes.

My hubby has one gene of red head (has a red beard) and apparently I am a carrier because our son is a red head :) I'm hoping for a lil girl with red hair and her daddys blue eyes this time. We'll just have to wait and see.

I have auburn/red hair and my son has the most beautiful dark red hair it’s amazing (his dad had brown hair) My SO now does not carry the gene so none of our 5 daughters have red hair but I wish all 5 of them did!!! We need more gingers on this planet!
