Measuring quite a bit ahead!!!

I am 30 weeks 5 days as of today, I had an ultrasound and my baby’s head is measuring 36 weeks and her overall measurement was 34 and a half weeks. With that big of a gap is there a possibility she would come early or they would induce me earlier? This is my first so all of this is very new to me, I know measurements usually don’t matter if the weeks are close but I feel like 3+ weeks is a big difference. She already weighs over 5 pounds. Any information would be so helpful!! I’m so ready to meet this babe
