How to tell if ovulating?

So according to this test I am ovulating correct? I’m confused because I also took a clear blue digital test and got the empty circle ⭕️ that means it’s not time yet....anyone with helpful thoughts/ knowledge?

So the line on the “LH” side is the control side and the line next to the “max” side that you dip in your pee is the test line. When the test line is as dark or darker than the control, then that is considered a positive.

These tests will show two lines any time there is LH or leutinizing hormone, when you have the surge, the test line with be very very strong and that says your body may ovulate in the next day or so!
