Just a thought that popped into my head

Does the mom have the availability to choose a name for the child against the fathers wishes?

Like if the mother has payed for everything so far for the baby, pays for all of the medical bills for baby, and the father refuses to be in the room while birthing the baby

Does the mother have the right to choose to name the baby, even if the name is against the fathers wishes

Would you be able to tell a nurse/doctor ahead of time that against whatever the father says that that was the name you want on the birth certificate

Not saying it’s right to do, just wondering if it’s a possibility
