Meds increase risk of chemical/miscarriage?

My cycle started Nov 1. Mid cycle (Nov 19) I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with BV. I was treated with Metronidazole vaginal gel and Doxycycline 100 mg. I told my doctor I was trying to conceive and had previous miscarriages and chemicals. She seemed very unconcerned and told me to take the meds as directed and pushed me out the door. Nov 25 that night I tested and it came back with a fairly strong POSITIVE!! I’m over the moon. Although nervous because AF isn’t due until Nov 30. Will these meds increase my risk of a chemical/miscarriage? Someone give me some knowledge! I’m trying not to stress but I’m also over here chomping at the bit!! 😩
