Sick babe😷🤒

My daughter is 19 months old and for the past day and a half she's had a fever and has just felt miserable. She has a runny stuffy nose and her fever just won't break. I've given her Motrin every 8 hrs and been trying to keep her hydrated. I just went and got her some cold medicine that she's allowed to have, but I was wondering if I can still give her the Motrin too??? She's never really has been sick like this before, she's having trouble sleeping also. And any suggestions on her fever relief or just any advice? Thanks friends!!!
