PTSD after having sex?

My boyfriend knows ive been molested as a child and raped by someone when I was 10. But I don’t think he knows about me being raped a few other times due to circumstances I’ve put myself into  I guess. I absolutely love having sex with him and he always turns me on but sometimes I get PTSD after we’re done and I don’t know how to talk to him about it or get over it. I really wish I knew how to tell him without making him feel like he did something wrong. Any suggestions?

It’s never “situations you put yourself in” it’s ALWAYS the assailants fault, it’s best to talk to him about it and if he gets upset then leave sis, there are men out there who do understand

Don’t ever blame yourself for being raped. I was raped in February and I for awhile said it was my fault for placing myself in a sketchy situation but it’s not our fault! My advice is just sit down and talk to him it’s going to be very hard but you’ll feel so much better being able to talk to him. I suffer from ptsd and my husband knows that if I have a freak out before, during or after sex that it’s nothing he did that sometimes a way I’m touched, kissed, etc can be a trigger. He feels best when I’m open with him and communicate no matter what and it helps him not blame himself and helps both of us feeling closer.
