Who has lost weight while on Birth Control, and what did you do to help you lose the weight !?

I started taking multivitamins and had to completely change my diet. I have cut my sugar/soda intake down to 1/4 of what it was before. Cut out fried foods and fast food and I’ve FINALLY started to lose my BC weight. I tried so many things from different exercises and diet changes but this is finally giving me some results! Good luck!

I’m on Depo Shot and so far lost 10 lbs (since Oct.23)  I don’t really do anything, pounds just going away itself 🤷🏼‍♀️ BTW I’m hungry more than ever, I eat like a horse 😭 I think if I really was watching or dieting my weight would go down faster.
