The other day I saw an article titled “conservative white women won’t change their minds” and it got me thinking about the topic of changing your views. We could debate about whether or not the article is accurate but I thought It’d be more interesting to ask about the last time one of your political views changed and what was it about?

Personally I know a lot of my views changed when I moved out and started going to school and doing my own research on things. For instance, in high school I use to consider myself a feminist but after looking at some numbers and seeing how people behave themselves in that group I no longer want to associate myself with the movement. (Just saying this as an example, I’d rather have the discussion be about personal experiences and views that have been changed rather than feminism)
