Anyone's baby not talk yet?

He knows a couple words in sign language and understands everything you say.. nods and shakes head no but won't say ANYTHING! Flat out refuses. Makes me sad and worried.

What did your doctor say at his 18 month appointment? At this point he really should be evaluated at least. The earlier interventions are started, the better. 
Where I live, if a toddler isn’t saying words by 18 months, they’re referred to early intervention and started on speech therapy.

My step son talked late and my son is 22 months and still won’t say anything other than a few choice words. I’m not worried at all. He’s not a delayed child. He just has no interest right now. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My son is in speech therapy. He is 22 months old. He understands and says a few works but other than that just babbling. I would look into speech for sure!
