Questions 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️help!

I got this on a FRER test yesterday morning. I then tested with a digital today FRER digital and it was negative 😩😩 I had a late miscarriage in March so now i have myself all worked up ... has anyone ever gotten a line and then your line just faded and you were never pregnant? Is that a thing? My period is due today .. or tomorrow (my cycles are messy) should I be worried? I made an appointment with my OB for Monday for a blood draw but obviously it’s all I can think about
