We are early risers as in 5am. My oldest is 3 and goes to bed at 6pm or youngest is almost 1 and he’s in bed around 5:45pm. My husband and I have an hour or 2 together and I’m in bed by 8 😴

I've been putting my son to sleep at 9:30-10:00 since he was 3months old. I think it's good to have them on a schedule.

Yes my 1 year old has had 7pm bedtime since he was about 3 weeks old. We stick to it except when we are traveling in another time zone and then we keep it in mind but also just play things by ear.

it was around 4 months we started him on a 6:30 bedtime. he's now 8 months and we start to push back the routine to around 6:30 and he's in bed by 7ish.

Absolutely! Our 18-month-old has had a 6:30 pm bedtime since she was 4 months old.

I e started bedtime routine at 6wks old. We used to start it at 7 and baby would be asleep by 8. But now he’s usually asleep by 7:30 bc feeding doesn’t take as long. For reference my son will be one on Saturday.

My sons bedtime ranges between 8-9pm. Hes been going to bed at that time since 1 month old.

We have a flexible bedtime for our daughter depending on how much and how well she napped during the day. We start the bedtime routine usually around 6-6:30. Occasionally she’s up past 7 but she usually doesn’t sleep as well throughout the night.
