whats your feesing schedule like? 8 months

just curious what time are bottles? how many oz? 
and baby food?

Answer

She wakes up in the morning, around 7:30am. She gets either 6oz of formula or some baby purée food (like bananas or some fruit). Then she’ll go down for a nap anywhere from 9:30am to 11am. She’ll wake up either at noon or 1pm and she gets baby purée food (vegetables or a dinner pack). Some puffs or other snack afterwards. Then she’ll get a 4-5oz bottle of formula around 3pm and go down for her second nap. She’ll wake up around 4:30pm or 5pm (sometimes 6pm if she’s tired) and get a 4oz bottle (or 5oz if she’s really hungry) and some more puffs or snacks. Then she’ll have a dinner pack at 7:30pm and a small bottle before her bedtime (which is anywhere from 8:30pm to 9pm) 😌 she’ll be 9 months old next week.

My little man is 9 months old now but has had about the same schedule.
8 AMish: cheerios, bananas, puffs, oatmeal with fruit or veggie puree mixed in and 8 ozish of formula
12 PMish: same variation switching up the baby puree and solid munchies  maybe
4 PMish: same variation switching up the baby puree and solid munchies maybe
8 PM: I sometimes do solids and oatmeal but if he is getting sleepy I just do bottle 8 oz and bedtime (even though he has yet to start sleeping through the night) lol 
I give him snacks and water in between feedings  (puffs, shredded cheese, Cheerios, bites of my food)
FTM here so learning as I go.. definitely gunna read other comments on here!

Formula or breastmilk should be the primary food source until 12 months so keep that in mind! 
My daughter has an 8oz bottle when she wakes up
About an hour and a half later she will have “breakfast” which is usually purées of some kind and a solid finger food of some kind (toast, puffs, eggs, solid versions of purées we’ve given such as carrot or avocado)
Mid afternoon she has another 8oz bottle and maybe snacks if she shows interest but we don’t force them on her 
Supper is purées and solid finger foods again
Bedtime is a 8oz bottle 
We offer water throughout the day and with meals but always cut her off about an hour before any bottle so that her stomach isn’t full. We use to offer formula before any solids but dropped a bottle since she wasn’t hungry between the afternoon bottle and supper solids anyways. 
Her fluid intake can be anywhere from 21-30oz a day. We follow her lead (this took me a looonnnggg time to accept!)

4am- wakes up and breastfeeds
6:30am- breastfeeds to sleep
8am wakes up- 2-3oz beechnut pureé 
12pm- baby rice cakes, yogurt drops, puffs for snack 
12:30-boob to sleep 
2pm- wakeup. Has soft veggies like carrots, sweet potatoes, green beans, etc for lunch.
4pm: boob and snacks.
6pm: beechnut pureé, more veggies or fruit.
7pm: boob to sleep
10pm: boob
1am: boob
