Baby shower gift question

So, I had one of my mom's friends message me and ask what I would like for a baby shower gift. She has my registry and everything but she wants to know what I NEED. I mentioned I could always use diapers (LOL) but she said she wants to get something that I need and that I wouldnt normally buy myself for baby. I'm stuck and need help! I'm the worst when it comes to giving anyone ideas! 😂🤦‍♀️ I've always been the one who would rather give than receive.
