Is this Granuloma ? I've never seen a belly button like this.
He has no fever or puss, but just how it looks worries me. Should i take him to the doctor ?

Update
Thank you ladies for all your help! I took LO to the emergency room for I couldn't wait till Monday to see his pediatrician and they said everything was fine. It actually looks a lot different now ! I'll post pictures later when he's awake !
