Well pharmacy app for iPhone

Wish I discovered this app way before into my pregnancy, but glad I have it now!

I downloaded this app about two weeks ago, and once you’ve signed up, confirmed your details and your doctors, you’re able to order your repeat prescriptions to your door. I don’t have any prescriptions on repeat, so I decided to try ordering some prenatal vitamins just to see if it would work, and my GP checked and confirmed it. I didn’t actually get in contact with my GP, but obviously he knows I’m pregnant hence why he was able to confirm it - I wouldn’t advise ordering medication and such if you don’t need it, and as GP practices differ, I would recommend contacting your doctor if you are going to order something that isn’t a repeat prescription.

My prescriptions are free because I have a maternity exemption card and all I had to do was take a photo of it via the app. If you aren’t entitled to free prescriptions, you can pay for what you’ve ordered in the app, which costs exactly the same as if you were paying at your local pharmacy. Delivery was free and only took two days to arrive! Obviously if you urgently need your prescription, do go into your doctors.

Such a handy little app, useful in this horrible weather and very useful now I’m heavily pregnant and I don’t have to leave the comfort of my own home!
