Can someone fix my photos?.....

I have no idea where to post this at..I saw some photo editing groups but no one is active in those groups. Does anyone know where I could post a few pics of me and my guy and someone edit them? For some reason my sisters camera made an awful glow and streak of the lights from the background and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix or get rid of the light streaks!? If anyone can help me edit them or let me know which groups to post this in I’d appreciate it!! Thanks!
