Prenatal Depression

I’ve been struggling with what I have come to realize is prenatal depression for the past 2 1/2 months. Today, at 6 months pregnant I finally feel like I’m coming out of it. I want to say that it happened all of a sudden but the truth is that I started physical therapy this week for pubic bone pain and sciatica and I think the exercise has made me feel better. Now that I have come to realize that, I will be starting exercising on my own. It’s taken a lot to get here but I’m happy.
