WHAT HAPPENED?!?

Soo there is this guy i had a one night stand with like a month ago. A couple of days ago HE messaged me and was like when can I see you again and im like you really want to see me because last time you didnt seem into. He then states that his mind was just someone else and a lot was going on,he apologized and said i was great and he wanted to make it up to me. So I agreed to meet him and we messaged each other all the way to like 2 in the morning. Come the next day, no text nothing. so I decided to message him and ask if we are meeting where we met last time, nothing. Sooo can someone help me understand what happened??
