What to expect when starting Femara? And Progesterone suppositories!!

Hi!

My husband and I have been trying to conceive baby #3 for 16 months now. Also had two early miscarriages during this time. Fertility specialist is starting me on Femara (vs Clomid because I am a migraine sufferer) to make sure I ovulate since I may not be ovulating every month.

I am waiting for my period to arrive any day now and will be starting Femara day two of my cycle. What should I expect? I’m nervous about thank medicine.

Also I will have to take progesterone suppositories after ovulation since that’s why they think I miscarried the two time. Any shares experience with that is welcomed too!

This is all new to me. Never and issues TTC my first two.
