I'm pregnant after 3 months of trying!!

I gave up after our second month and just let nature do the work, and bam, I am super pregnant. I feel like my lines aren't progressing quickly but I'll go to the doctor on Monday and set up an appt and have them take a test too. I also have to tell them about mg previous miscarriages.
