Back spasms at 24 weeks
So in 24 weeks with my daughter she is a very active and very healthy baby but I am also at high risk for premature labor for about the past 30 minutes I have had constant lower back spasms as well as feeling her shift and move a lot is anyone else having this problem or know what is causing my back to spasm it is extremely uncomfortable?
