PLEASE GIVE ME ADVICE

Me and my boyfriend broke up after 3 years in February of this year. I was so depressed because I had a miscarriage and 2 weeks later we broke up. (I was in college and he was at home about an hour away) Over the summer I started a new job and I met this guy. He noticed that I was going through things. Long story short we ended up talking and we had unprotected sex multiple times. He swore he was clean. Me and my boyfriend got back together in late August and me and him stopped having sex. Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex in early september and he started having very bad pains in his penis and balls. We went to the ER one night and they treated him for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and UTI. We never got the test results back. The next day I went got tested and they emailed me back saying I have BOTH chlamydia and gonorrhea. I got treated, but I never told my boyfriend that my test results came back positive. So basically he still has NO idea that he even had chlamydia and gonorrhea or that I had sex with someone else while we were broken up. Should I tell him!?! I know I probably should tell him, but I want other people’s opinions❤️
