Work restriction question

Okay so I'm 7 weeks pregnant and work as a CNA. I just recently started this job before finding out I was pregnant. Most of the time I'm in the memory care unit which is very hard work. The other day after lifting a resident I cramped for several hours and was in a lot of pain. I have my first ultrasound next week. I'm wondering if anyone has been put on some work restrictions very early on? I can do everything else at work but lifting the one resident I have to lift causes me so much pain and I'm terrified it's going to hurt the baby.
