Could I be pregnant?

I finished my birth control after being on it for two years. My last period was on October 31st and it lasted for three days & I haven’t taken my pill since. I NEVER got a withdrawal bleed, or spotting. Which is very irregular to me. I sucked at taking my pill, I would sometimes miss 2 and bleed like a regular period. I had a 28 day cycle and 2 days before AF I would spot & it always came on the same day.. now that I haven’t taken the pill for 28 days & haven’t spotted once, this is not normal.. I’ve been having creamy white discharge allll month long. I’m now 6 days late on period. My last test Friday was negative. I’ve been having period cramps all week, along with hot flashes, bad shoulder pains(weird I never get that) & flu/cold like symptoms.

This is what I have right now, and this is the thinnest it has been in a while. It was super thick to where I was soaking wet with a liner on.
