Stressing

Hey everyone. When I was 2 days late for me period I had a vvvvvfl on a dollar store test, but did another one 2 days later and it was negative. I'm now 5 days late and am getting nausea alot, I have to pee every 20 minutes, very dull cramping here and there, i have very sore breats, my areolas are getting darker, I spotted light pink about a week before my period was due for about an hour, have been having cervical cramping here and there, have been having white like discharge for a while now. And my feet and hands have been getting swollen. Idk what's going on. Advice?
