Not as much milk w/ Spectra
Anyone else get less milk out with the Spectra?
Also it’s more painful than I expected. I’m currently on 42/3 and it hurts a little. I’ve been EPing for almost 5 weeks so my nipples are toughened up. How long did it take to get to your current expression level?
