Pregnant with pcos

Hi ladies! I am 32 weeks +1! Had to go over to labour ward due to having abdo pains turns out I have a water infection! They measured my bump and it’s measuring 34cm (meaning I could be 2weeks ahead midwife said today) had the diabetes test done every thing is fine found out at 30weeks, I have a growth scan on Wednesday (5th Dec) my question is has anyone whose got PCOS been in this situation and their little one has been measuring ahead and if so did you have to go early or did you go full term? I won’t know for sure of course that she’s bigger until Wednesday but just looking for a bit of info really ladies.
