My son is 2 years 2 months and has suddenly started saying “I don’t like it” before he’s even tried it. He’s saying it with things he’s always liked. He used to eat everything and now I’m really struggling. I have made the mistake of giving second options which I’ve now stopped. Today he has no treats at all. After lunch he had no snacks. Dinner was 5 hours later and he still wouldn’t try it. I took it away didn’t make a big deal. Gave him his bath and tried him again. I didn’t give him his yogurt cause now he thinks he can just have yogurts for dinner. So today he ate lunch about 13.00 and ate nothing after. I didn’t give in so now he’s went to bed with his cup of milk and nothing else. Anyone else’s child doing this?
