Is it normal to still be grieving?
It's been 6 months now since I lost my best friend to suicide. I still think about him every day. He always appears in my dreams. And about once a week I end up crying because of what happened.
Is this normal?
I did a bunch of really intensive EDMR and CBT therapy over the summer that helped me get through the worst of it - but the pain still lingers strongly. Currently I've been utilizing the my universities counselling resources and I see them about once a week. Despite doing counseling, nothing really seems to be helping.
