Help with my future !!!

Hello (: so I am kind of in a pickle.

I am 18 years old and I graduated from high school in 2018. However, I decided to take a gap year and it has been the best decision of my life. I got a job to save up for college because I am planning to go back fall 2019.

I love my job and coworkers but I kind of want to leave my city for college. There are 2 schools that are like 1 to 2 hours away from my house so I'll have the opportunity to live on campus and be independent.

That means I'll have to quit my job and find another one in the city I'll end up going to or stay in my hometown and go to the college here.

I can live with my parents while I save up to move out in a year or two. The main thing about college is that I wanted be get away from home for a little because I don't have the best relationship with my family.

Today the store manager offered me a position at a new store opening in 2019 to be a manager. The thing is I am very shy and quiet so I'm having a hard time deciding if I should do it or not. She told me how it would be a great opportunity to have leadership experience and help me for my future career.

If I take the job I can work and finish college in my hometown till I get a job I am studying for or keep being a regular associate and leave to another city for college.

I guess I just want to know what you would do in my position or any good advice from older experienced people would be appreciated ((:
