Visiting daycare... questions? Concerns?

LO and I are going to visit the daycare we picked out tomorrow for a walk through with him this time.. daddy and I did a walk in August and liked what we saw and heard.. so with only a little over a week left before I have to take him there daily, I wanted to go check it out with him and see what I’m forgetting and need to send it get while I still have time..  
Any thoughts on things you would send? Need?
Questions you would ask?

We started daycare Monday... I would ask about cleaning and their protocols. When a baby puts a toy in their mouth, what do they do after? How long do they let baby cry or how long before they call parent? Sick policies? Accident reporting, if your baby hits his head, when will they call or tell you? If another child has a contagious illness, what's communication there?

I was asked to bring an extra bottle of food because with breastmilk they can only offer the bottle twice. When/if he doesn’t finish it, they have to toss it.  
Also to bring a crib sheet for his pack n play he will have there. It will be only his. And she said to bring an extra in case he spits up or explodes in it 😳. I take them home and wash once a week. 
All clothes, bottles, blankets, crib sheets, diapers, wipes, etc must have his name on them 
Asked how long they let them cry 
Asked how they handle fussiness
Asked why they would call a parent to send a child home 
Asked why he wouldn’t be allowed to come say a fever, rash, etc.  she had a list to give me 
Asked about staff rotations and how many staff to how many infants. 
Asked if I can visit when I like and if I can nurse while there. I can also come and take him for a walk when the weather gets nice 😍. I work in the next building over - might not be at work much 😂

I’ve also come across people question omg staff rotation- would it bother you if they rotated staff frequently?  
Or if they couldn’t keep the employees on board?
