Any idea what this is?

My baby girl is 3 months old and this comes and goes only in one place on her head, should I be worried? She doesn’t have it anywhere else and as I said it comes and goes. Thanks for any advice x

Looks like heat rash especially since it comes and goes

My son had this when he was a babe. The doctor said it was a heat rash.
