Losing the wt
I know best way is eating healthy and exercising. But with 3 kids it’s hard for me to find time to cook healthy our 2 month old is high maintenance. And with hubby working 60 or more hours a wk it’s hard for him to find time to go work out and still see kiddos. He has 40 lbs to lose and I have about 10. Any tips for easy fast healthy meals, or meal replacement that actually work for breakfast and lunch. Or any other tips to make this happen?
