If their your best friend, I think you can trust that their making their own decisions and if they chose to conceive, I’d assume, being a friend, you’d support her.

Well it it’s an accident she probably needs you to have her back. Her parents, other friends, peers, relatives...... are probably disappointed, upset, angry.... 
So talk to her be like I will help you but make sure this doesn’t happen again. ( an old friends mom had three kids as a teenager) And just be there for her sometimes that one person who is there for you is all you need.
