Bumps on areola

I know the bumps on your areola are totally normal, Montgomery tubercles. Thing is, I’m 19 and am not on birth control and have never been pregnant. But I’ve had prominent bumps on my areola since I was really young (before puberty?!) and I didn’t even really experience significant breast growth until I was 14. They’ve always been like that and it makes me self-conscious, I have to smooth them out with my fingers before I know I’m going to be with someone, does anyone relate?
