Ultrasound interpretation? Help!

Not sure if anyone can help me but I had an ultrasound in the er and am confused by some of the results? They saw a gestational sac but no yolk sac or fetal pole. The nurse didn’t seem concerned though as that’s normal for how far along I am. But the think that concerns me is that they said my uterus is mildly lobular and heterogeneous. I know the lobular thing could be from the pregnancy, but what the hell is going on with the heterogeneous part!? I’m freaking out!!!
