TMI- really sorry about the picture

I’ve got skin tags growing out my vag hole. I’m 26 weeks pregnant and I used to just have one but there seems to be more and have gotten bigger 😩 I hattttteeeeeee them!!!

Can I tie them off? My doctor says they don’t do anything about them anymore unless I pay to get them removed. They are starting to really hurt and get in the way
