Vitamin/Supplement/Medicine help
So this month I am trying different vitamins/supplements).
Morning (7am):
-1 levothyroxine pill (for thyroid, up to 75mcg as of last Thursday
-1 geritol pill (2nd cycle using)
-1 Puritan brand pomegranate pill (new this cycle)
3PM: pink stork fertility tea
Evening before bed (9:30ish pm):
-1 one a day prenatal (new brand this cycle)
-1 Puritan brand pomegranate pill (new this cycle)
I’m cd 5 right now and have been constipated/bloated/gassy for days now. I am gluten free and a big coffee drinker.
Trying to pinpoint if any of these are making this happen. Any advice is appreciated! Baby dust to all!
