Redoing post: Possible swollen girl parts?

I had an early gender scan at 14 weeks and was told boy. The place I had the ultrasound was a place called miracles in the making. So not with my OB. This is the ultrasound.

At 14 weeks 5 days I had an appointment with my doctor and they told me they could not tell if baby was a boy or girl yet. From what I saw flashing across the screen, the potty shot did not look the same as it did at 14 weeks exactly. I told them about the previous ultrasound and the tech told me she thought maybe she saw a little penis sticking out but that she couldn’t tell. And that most baby’s look about the same at this gestation. Do you think that the one at 14 weeks could have possibly been swollen girl parts?
