Is this my plug? In person it’s quite thick, I’m 1cm or was, I feel like I’m going I grow up, I have period pains, baby is moving like crazy, can barley walk, back is killing! If it’s not my plug does it sound like it’s coming soon?

It looks like a piece of ur plug, usually right before labor that babe will slow down instead of pick up... I would expect labor in the next week or so tho

No, this is just regular cervical mucus. 
Your mucus plug is MUCH MUCH thicker, almost dry (like a huge glob of Vaseline).
