Condom for blowjob or not?

I’m planning on giving my boyfriend a blowjob. We’re both virgins, neither of us have ever had sex in any way (orally, vaginally, etc), we’re each other’s first partner.

I don’t want to get a STD, so at first I wanted to use a condom, but he and I talked, and agreed that we would both like it better without a condom. Would it be reasonably safe for us not to use one?

Also, we’re both under 18 and still live with our parents, and it would be better if they didn’t find hidden condoms.

What do I do?
