Getting induced tomorrow

I am getting induced tomorrow at 36w3d due to gestational diabetes, a placental lake and cholestasis. Do you ladies have any advice on what I should do to prepare? Mentally? Physically? I’m anticipating a long day/night. What should we bring to the hospital?
