Would it take longer for a woman who is overweight to show a positive pregnancy test? Or will it show up no matter your BMI?

Has nothing to do with it my mama is overweight and has been her entire adult life her periods are like clock work she found out she was pregnant the first day she missed her period with each pregnancy

As far as I know, weight has no effect on hcg. However, where it may come into play is when you are pregnant. It may take longer to detect a heartbeat via the Doppler, and longer to actually feel the babe move.
