12 months ttc

I know every one is different but I'm 37 nearing 38 no kids been trying for 12 months and just nothing. Last month i had brown spotting in the lead up to my AF which is sometbing ive never had and we really thought we had been sucessful but AF came. I feel physically and emotionally drained. We have tried medication, lube everything. We have seen a fertility expert who said everything is fine with us l, apart from my egg level is low. They said atm we qualify for IVF but the W/L is a year approx. This will take me to 38. This has caused tension and rows between me and my partner and I just feel like giving up. 😭 We get married next year and I just feel that I can't complete our family.
