The worst congestion

Is anyone else experiencing the worst stuffy nose ever? I literally can’t breath or taste anything. I never had this when i was pregnant a couple years ago with my daughter. The doctor said it’s very common during pregnancy due to everything being so swollen up there and producing more mucus. I’ve tried every natural way possible and it doesn’t help. I finally broke down last night and took Claritin because I’m miserable and can’t sleep due to it. The doctor said it’s perfectly fine to take but i would rather not take it during my whole pregnancy. Does anyone have any advice or struggling with the same thing? It says it can last the entire pregnancy 😳
