Cramps at 12 weeks ?

Since I hit the 12 week mark my cramps seem to be a little more intense than before. I actually feel my uterus. It’s weird. Is it because the baby and uterus are growing ?? Anyone else had this ?

This visual put it in perspective for me. Baby is going through huge growth spurt so stretching pains are perfectly normal :)

Yes, started around week 12 as well and now during week 13 they have become a little more intense. Nothing too painful just uncomfortable. Baby (and us mommas) are going through a huge growth spurt these next few weeks.

It's normal. From 12 weeks to 14 our uterus and baby go through a big growth spurt so of course we are going to feel those growing pains. As long as you aren't bleeding at all and cramping so bad you can't walk you are perfectly fine 😊
