Help me
I’ve got Polosistic ovaries and most months after my period I will bleed another 2-4 days, this then leads on to my fertile window.
When is it best to try and conceive, as I’m mostly likely to stop bleeding when my ovulation window is open or 2 days before?
My ovulation day is a week today, so when is best to try and conceive to try and hit that?
