I see the line still

I’m supposed to be 5w today with our rainbow. Yesterday I started bleeding lightly. It was light pinkish but now it dark brown. I had some cramping but that’s gone. So this morning I woke up to take a test and the lines still there. I have an apt with my family dr today. But I’m still so worried. I remember my last miscarriage being really painful and emotional. So I’m not positive that’s what’s happening. Really hoping for the best. What’s y’all input or thoughts!
