Will they take my kids in care?

I don’t want to require a health visitor as I don’t feel I benefit from them I know what I’m doing and have plenty of help and support if I need it, my baby arrives in two weeks I missed my health visitor appointment and was due another today but rang up Tuesday and Wednesday no answer and left a message to re arrange as I had a important consultant appointment I had to get to and would mean I would miss hv app someone on no caller ID has been ringing today but I was unable to answer due to sorting son out and doing house chores, if I don’t want her services can I tell them or do I need them? will the hv call the social services on me if I decline them
